Aloha / Kia Ora / Talofa !

With the support of the U.S. Consulate, our team had a successful trip to Aotearoa / New Zealand for the Mele Murals Film screening at the Maoriland Film Festival and painted three murals with the students from Te Kura a Iwi o Whakatupuranga Rua Mano!

In addition, the U.S. Embassy Samoa also welcomed our our team to create a mural with the children from American Corner’s “Turn a Life Around” reading program at the Nelson Memorial Public Library in Apia. We also screened the Mele Murals Film for the students & press at the National University of Samoa.

Our team returned to Auckland to proudly represent Hawaii at the Pasifika Festival created a live painting performance with college students from Unitec Institute of Technology. A big mahalo goes out to the U.S. Embassy of New Zealand & Samoa for all your support!
