Shipping Policies

We will ship your item(s) within 24 hours after we receive payment confirmation. We will notify you via email prior to shipping your merchandise.


All shipments originate from Hawaii and sent by USPS Priority mail with a tracking number.  You should receive your package(s) within 3-5 business days.

All local Oahu customers are welcome to pick up their orders. please email [email protected] to coordinate a time of pickup.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING (outside the USA):  Please email [email protected] for International Orders outside of the USA to arrange payment. We ship via USPS  Priority Mail International. You should receive your package within 7-15 business days.


The Estria Foundationʻs return policy lasts 30 days from the shipped date. If 30 days have gone by since your shipping date, we cannot offer a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, in its original packaging and in the same condition that you received it.

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded. Claims of not seeing or reading “Final Sale” will NOT be accepted.

Refunds (if applicable)
Returns sent back after the postmarked date will not be approved. Items will be shipped back and returned to you at cost. Card used at the time of the purchase will be charged the postage/freight to ship the items back to you PLUS an additional $5.00 handling fee. Shipping and handling fees are not refundable.

ALL CLAIMS ARE SUBJECT TO INSPECTION. Once your return is received and inspected, the Estria Foundation will send an email to notify you that we have received your returned item as well as the status of your return request.
If the return is approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment. Please allow 2-3 business days for processing, and 5-7 days for shipping.

Unacceptable Return Items

All returned products are subject to examination. Item(s) must be unused, in its original packaging and in the same condition that you received it.
Example:  For clothing apparel, if there are make-up/deodorant stains, bad odors, worn or washed etc. we have the right to refuse your return. Your order will be sent back and charged for shipping to the original card the garment was purchased with.  (If you believe an item was damaged during shipment, please check box that says manufacturing malfunction).

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you have not received a refund, please contact your bank account or credit card company as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
If you have contacted your bank and credit card company and you have still not received your refund, please contact us at [email protected].

Exchanges (if applicable)
The Estria Foundation only replaces items if they are defective or damaged. Please send us an email at mercy if you need to exchange the defective or damaged item. Please return the defective or damaged item to:

If you desire a different size, style, or print please complete a new order and complete a refund for your purchased goods.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

**When shipping your return, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. The Estria Foundation does not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
