We are pleased to announce that we will be offering our 2nd summer Professional Development Program this June. Space is limited, and we encourage early registration.
Last year, teachers were thrilled to get out of their classrooms and go to the loi (taro patches) at Ka Papa Loi o Kanewai to get in touch with our land. Teachers will learn how creating a Mele Mural can help your teaching process. Learn to incorporate the Na Hopena Ao (HA) values, project-based learning, mindfulness, Hawaiian culture and visual art activities into your classroom. If your school is considering a Mele Murals project with us, this is a great way to get more support from fellow educators!
